Meet Denise
Denise is a fully qualified Executive Coach and Chartered Human Resources professional with over twenty years’ experience in a comprehensive range of HR practices. Denise has benefited from the experience of working as an in-house senior HR professional, operating at C-Suite level as well as an external consultant to a diverse global client portfolio.
Denise has experience in working in a variety of sectors and with fast growing companies. As well as setting up compliant HR frameworks and assisting on the day-to-day HR issues, she has provided value by developing and executing impactful people strategies to enhance cultures and enable growth.
Denise has access to a trusted network of like-minded specialists to provide a wealth of experience, expertise and complementary skills to include project management, employment law, accountancy, prep for sale and HR specialisms in the areas of executive recruitment, compensation and benefits, outsourced payroll provision to name a few.

Denise’s Coaching Style
Denise has experienced many of the challenges that she coaches her clients through which helps bring empathy, experience and perspective to the conversation. She is a busy mother of three children and has progressed her way up the corporate ladder to operate at C-Suite level as well as setting up her own successful business. She has achieved this success despite confidence issues, guilt of work-life imbalance, fears of unknown career paths, toxic workplace cultures, unhelpful thoughts and limiting beliefs.
Denise works with clients on these concerns and also offers a structured programme to help discover themselves and their needs by defining their purpose, values and strengths and how they can optimise these to achieve their goals, overcome challenges and unlock their potential.
She has a preference for positive psychology and solutions-focused methods and uses a range of models, tools and powerful conversations to evoke awareness and instigate action, guided by the client and their needs. By listening to what the client says and, sometimes more importantly, what they don’t say, she will suggest a range of coaching techniques appropriate to the situation. Denise has a particular interest in and offers a tailored coaching approach for neurodiverse individuals.
She has a genuine positive regard for her clients, believing that they are whole and resourceful, and that by shining the light on them, they can find their own way. Our clients appreciate that Denise’s background in HR brings an effective business-focused dimension to her coaching, balancing individual needs with business realities
Denise qualified in Executive Coaching with The Henley Business School. She is a member of and has been trained in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competency framework and code of ethics.
